  • Ruuter, operated by BAT Bilişim, primarily provides digital services such as event bookings and trainer connections, which are instantly accessible through the platform.
  • If any physical products are introduced, estimated delivery times will be stated at the time of purchase.
  • BAT Bilişim reserves the right to refuse delivery in cases of fraudulent transactions or violations of terms of service.

2. Return & Refund Policy

  • Subscriptions and event reservations may be canceled within the timeframes set by the event organizer. Cancellations made outside these designated periods will not be eligible for a refund.
  • In case of technical failures preventing the use of services, users may submit a refund request via info@ruuter.app. Requests will be evaluated based on service logs and technical records.
  • Physical products (if applicable) may be returned within 14 days of receipt, provided they remain unused and in original packaging.
  • BAT Bilişim reserves the right to deny refunds if the product or service has been utilized in violation of our policies.
