Distance Sales Agreement

Article 1 – Parties

This agreement is concluded electronically between the following parties under the terms and conditions specified below.

Article 2 – Subject

This agreement defines the rights and obligations regarding the purchase of digital services offered through the Ruuter mobile application.

Article 3 – Services and Payment Terms

3.1. Service Description

The services covered include participation in sports events, club memberships, exclusive events, and sports tourism packages provided via the Ruuter platform.

3.2. Pricing and Payment

  • The service fee is the amount stated on the payment page and can be paid via credit card, debit card, or other digital payment methods.
  • Digital access is granted immediately upon payment completion.

3.3. Billing Information

An electronic invoice will be issued based on the details provided during the purchase.

Article 4 – Right of Withdrawal & Cancellation Policy

  • The right of withdrawal for digital services expires once the service is provided (per Law No. 6502 on Consumer Protection in Turkey).
  • Cancellation and refund conditions for exclusive events or sports tourism packages depend on the event organizer.
  • The Buyer must submit cancellation and refund requests in writing to support@ruuter.com.

Article 5 – Responsibilities & Dispute Resolution

  • The Seller is responsible for delivering the services timely and completely.
  • The Buyer agrees to use the purchased services for personal purposes only.
  • In case of disputes, Consumer Arbitration Committees and Courts in Turkey have jurisdiction.

Article 6 – Enforcement

This agreement becomes effective once the Buyer completes the payment process.
