We are not responsible for services provided by third parties (clubs, trainers, travel agencies, etc.) listed on the platform.

3. Account Registration

You may register using your phone number via OTP verification. You agree to keep your login credentials secure and are responsible for any activity under your account.

4. Fees and Payments

• Some services on Ruuter are free, while others may require payment:
• Event and membership fees are set by the business or organizer.
• Premium features (e.g. exclusive events, loyalty perks) may incur recurring fees.
• Payment is processed securely via third-party processors.

5. User Conduct

By using Ruuter, you agree not to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations.
• Upload harmful, offensive, or misleading content.
• Misuse or interfere with the functionality of the platform.
• Infringe upon intellectual property rights of others.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts violating these Terms.

6. Cancellation and Refunds

• For paid events or memberships, cancellation and refund terms are determined by the relevant organizer or club.
• For sports tourism packages, cancellation may be subject to travel agency rules and Turkish travel law.
• Premium membership cancellations are subject to monthly billing terms and may not be refunded for partial periods.

7. Privacy

Our collection and use of your personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy. We comply with GDPR and KVKK regulations to ensure your data is secure and used transparently.

8. Third-Party Services

Ruuter may contain links to or integrations with third-party apps (e.g., Strava, Garmin, Instagram). We are not liable for content or services provided by these third parties.

9. Intellectual Property

All content, logos, and software on the platform are owned by or licensed to Ruuter. Unauthorized use, copying, or distribution is strictly prohibited.

10. Modifications to the Platform

We may change or update our services, including these Terms, at any time. You will be notified of significant changes via email or in-app notification.

11. Liability and Disclaimer

• Ruuter is a facilitator, not a direct service provider.
• We are not liable for injuries, losses, or issues arising from participation in any event or service listed on the platform.
• Use the platform at your own risk.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Turkey. In the event of any dispute, Istanbul Central Courts and Enforcement Offices shall have jurisdiction.
